The fluctuation model of instability of atomic interaction in carbyne-graphene nanodevices is developed, and on this basis the approach to prediction of the lifetime (operating time) of carbyne nanoconductors is offered. According to the results of DFT-calculations, the regularities of atomic rearrangements during deformation and fracture of graphene-carbyne nanoelement are ascertained. The existence of a band gap for equilibrium states of atoms (ES band gap) in a deformed carbyne-graphene nanoelement is predicted. It is shown that this is a key feature of the behaviour of carbyne-based nanoelements under the mechanical stresses and that it has a decisive influence on the lifetime of carbyne-graphene nanodevices.
