Danilevsky Institute for Endocrine Pathology Problems National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object of research: disorders of reproductive function, nanoparticles (NР) of rare-earth metal oxides. The purpose of the study: to determine the sexual characteristics of the action of (NP) GdVO4: Eu3 + on reproductive function with long-term use and to substantiate the possibility of their use for the treatment of reproductive disorders. Sex differences of imprinting effect of emotional stress and excess of phytoestrogens during physiological breast feeding were revealed. In females delayed pubescence, estral cycle changes, sexual behavior, implantation of embryos in pregnant women is reduced with no significant deterioration of reproductive potential. Male males accelerate pubescence and nearly double the reproductive potential against metabolic disorders, possibly due to a violation of the programmed peak of testosterone in the critical period of ontogenesis. The possibility of correction of the revealed violations by means of NP GdVO4: Eu3 + was investigated. The composition and technology of the liquid dosage form based on the NP for oral use have been developed, its aggregate and microbiological stability have been determined, and the laboratory method of manufacture has been developed. The criteria for assessing the quality of the hydrolysis of the substance of the NP and the pharmaceutical composition on its basis are determined, and the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis are proposed. In females with neonatal obstruction and repeated stress in 7 months. the age of the use of the NP reduced the sexual attraction, caused aggressiveness to the sexual partner. In male sibs, the sexual desire, fertility ability, characteristics of the spermogram, and emotional state were normalized. In fertilized females, the progress of pregnancy and the physical condition of the fruits improved. In treated males body mass did not increase, mass coefficients of genital organs and spleen, glucose levels were normalized, proatherogenic changes and arginine deficiency were leveled while preserving excessive formation of stable metabolites of NO cycle. In healthy sexually mature rats of both sexes, the harmlessness of a pharmaceutical composition based on NP was investigated. In females (pre-sensitively, during 3-4 estral cycles) the pregnancy progressed and the reproductive potential decreased by 30%. In males (pre-sensitively, 70 days), on the background of some changes in spermograms, reproductive potential was maintained, embryonic development of posterity, their somatic-sexual characteristics and puberty did not change. No hypoglycemic effect of the compound, changes in the concentration of sex hormones, lipid and albumin metabolism, arginine levels and NOx, absolute mass of most organs were detected. When the NP is delivered at a dose that is 10 times more conditionally therapeutic, the reproductive potential (25.6%) decreases, the weight of the ventral prostate increases. The dependence of the biological activity of the NP GdVO4: Eu3 + on the composition of the carrier has been established, which testifies to the urgent need for fundamental research on the interconnection of the biological activity of nanomaterials and microenvironment in the composition of pharmaceutical compositions. Field of application: physiology, endocrinology, andrology. Product Description popup.authors Бєлкіна І. Бастригіна А. Бойко М. Бурма Т. Гавриш Т. Завадська Н. Карпенко Н. Клочков В. Коренєва Є.
