The mathematical model takes into account of the detonating device design features and the fairing material dynamic properties. Numerical studies have been carried out, and the time for the destruction of the fairing has been determined. Method for assessing acoustic loads during the launch of a project rocket is developed. The acoustic pressure levels for different rocket lift heights are determined. Numerical studies have been carried out. The rocket lift height is selected with the maximum level of acoustic loads. A model is developed for calculating the oscillations and motion of a fairing with elements of a pyrotechnic separation system under impulse loading. The stress state in the composite casing and the metal elements of the fairing assembly is investigated. The dynamic strength of the most loaded elements is estimated.
