The results of observations of seasonal and diurnal variations of parameters of the geospace medium in the altitude range 100-1000 km are presented using the method of incoherent scattering. The results of the work with the aim of predicting these parameters are used to improve and further develop the regional model of the ionosphere from the data of the Kharkov incoherent scatter radar.
