The purpose of research work - synthesis of new complex compounds of Re(III) with natural carboxylic acids and Re(I) with a series of N-heterocyclic ligands, the study of their properties. Methods of investigations: experimental investigations using preparative and technical chemistry and physicochemical analysis by methods of thermogravimetry, diffraction, voltammetry, mass spectrometry, electronic, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. Developed: a method for the preparation of the carbonyl complexes of rhenium(I) with 1,2,4-triazole derivatives in which the coordination of the organic ligand to the rhenium atom occurs through the nitrogen atom of the pyridine ring and the N2 atom of the triazole; a method for obtaining rhenium(III) cluster compounds with natural acids (ferulic, indolyltose), the structure of which has been studied by a number of physicochemical methods of analysis. Obtained nanoparticles and data on their size, zeta potential, release rate of drugs. The data obtained on the enzymatic activity of cluster compounds of dirhenium(III), it is established that they interact with native catalase.
