The purpose of the work is to investigate the process of gas evolution during the precipitation of refractory oxide-ceramic coatings formed by the method of plasma-electrolytic oxidation from aqueous solutions on alloys of aluminum, titanium and magnesium. Methods of research - estimated (thermodynamic and statistical), experimental (basic physico-chemical methods of analysis). The mathematical processing of data on the thermodynamic and kinetic regularities of the formation of hydrogen and oxygen during anodic-spark deposition was performed. A pilot plant was designed and assembled to determine the amount of anode gas under anodic-spark precipitation.
