The purpose of the work is to choose the direction of theoretical and experimental research, to develop recommendations for the use of carriers in order to improve the effectiveness of medicinal substances. Methods of research - experimental research with the use of preparative, technical chemistry and physico-chemical analysis by methods of thermogravimetry, electronic, infrared (IR), atomic absorption spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. Known methods of encapsulation of organometallic substances into nanoparticles of different composition were systematized; a number of effective nanosystems parameters for various types of administration and the influence of various factors on these indicators have been determined. Recommendations on the use of carriers for improving the effectiveness of medicinal substances have been developed. The cluster compounds of the dirhenium (III) were synthesized; their physical and chemical properties and the literature data concerning the biological properties of these compounds were analyzed. A complex of data was obtained for the study of the profile of the release of cluster compounds of the dirhenium (III) using atomic absorption spectroscopy.
