The method of determining the endogenous intoxication of the organism in chronic colostasis is introduced, which allows accurate determination of the level of chronic endotoxicosis, with subsequent determination of its changes in the course of the pathological process, due to the simultaneous analysis of derivatives of white and red blood cells and their quantitative relationship with whole blood. The surgical procedure introduces the method of colostomy formation, in which due to the dissection of the serous-muscle and mucous-submucosal cases of the wall of the colon at different levels with a separate fixation to the skin, preventing the evacuation of the withdrawn stoma. The method of electrophysiological correction of colostosis in children has been developed and implemented, which allows to improve the peristaltic activity of the distal colon and muscle of the pelvic floor. The method of X-ray diagnostics of colorectal constipation in children is developed, which allows to improve the accuracy of diagnosis between functional and organic constipation and to reduce the frequency of performing surgical interventions with functional constipation in children. The method of surgical execution of pelvic rectoplasty in Hirschsprung's disease was developed by restoring the internal relief of the rectal ampoule by means of modeling the transverse folds of the rectum. The possibility of reproduction in the experiment of neuron-muscular factors of disturbance of colon transit is proved. The method of cytometry of breast and pectoral areas is developed and implemented in practical health care, which allows to improve the diagnosis and control of the results of treatment of children with congenital cholecystic deformity of the chest. The method of surgical correction in children with congenital oscillatory deformation of the chest, based on which is the nonresektial anterior thoracoplasty, which allows to receive satisfactory functional and cosmetic results in the immediate and long-term treatment, is improved and introduced into practice. An objective method for assessing the level of dehydration in children by means of a ball scale is developed. The protocol of treatment of children with purulent-inflammatory diseases on the background of diabetes mellitus is optimized, by supplementing the treatment scheme of the oral sorbent "Atoxyl". A new experimental model of scoliotic deformation on experimental animals has been created, which will allow it to be used in the development of new approaches to the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the course of scoliosis. The results of the study were introduced into the work of the clinic of pediatric surgery of Vinnitsa National Medical University named after MI.
