Detal'no is described new experimental stand which was recently built in Institute of physics of plasma of NSC KIPT. KSPP-m allowed to go out on the new level of parameters of plasma and provide their wide range, and also allowed to create combination of the stationary and impulsive loading of plasma on materials. The first plasma was recently got. The necessary level of parameters of plasma and their effective variation was arrived at step by step due to the carefully conducted optimization of functional components and operating conditions of the plasma accelerating. Basic results which characterize a plasma stream are presented. Distributing of closeness of energy in a plasma stream was measured by a calorimetry. For measuring of basic parameters plasma was also used spectral and probe method. The got results demonstrate ability of KSPP-m to reproduce influence of ELMів in the future thermonuclear reactor with the proper thermal loading and stream of part to the surface. On the basis of experimental researches of influence of longitudinal constituent of the external magnetic field on processes in the channel of the quasisteady plasma accelerating the rotined possibility to get plasma streams with parameters, close to in theory expected for this system. It opens possibility of the use of powerful streams of замагніченої plasma in experiments which design the terms of thermonuclear reactor, and also for testing of perspective materials of nuclear and thermonuclear energy. In scope of implementation of work on the stage the conducted optimization ion-optical the system is insulators of electrodes, focal electrode, emitter block. Due to what the stable in time bunch of ions of sodium is got with energy of 25 - 35 кеВ, by a current from 0,3 to 3,5 мА. The ion-optical system allows to conduct focusing of bunch of ions in area of neutralization with a diameter to 30 мм and by angular divergence 0,1.0,20, necessary for the receipt of optimum diameter of neutral bunch in plasma torsatron Hurricane-2M. Visual registration of bunch of ions of sodium in the area of neutralization and rotined possibility of his effective focusing is first carried out in this area.
