The subject of the study is the theoretical justification of technological regularities and potential possibilities of methods for machining machine parts for the purpose of improving quality and productivity. The aim of the work is to study the existing technical solutions and develop the basic schemes and new methods for increasing the production efficiency of machine-building, instrument-making, optical-mechanical production, radio and electrical industries. Methods of research. The methodological basis of the work is a systematic approach to the study and analytical description of the regularities of material removal and surface shaping during machining of machine parts and selection of rational processing parameters that ensure the improvement of quality and productivity. The following work is performed: the development of a rational design of a wave power transmission with intermediate rolling elements is considered; - results of optimization of the process of finishing-cleaning vibration-centrifugal processing of details are given; - general information is given on the experimental determination of the friction coefficient for a pair of cast iron-polymer; - the results of the investigation of the effect of roughness of pre-surface surfaces on the tightness of joints are presented; - the resulted review of modern methods of finishing-finishing processing of details; - reduced vector representation of the links of the chain of form formation; - the proposed results of the study of accuracy in the technology of manufacturing and repair of technical systems - proposed methodical approaches to the quality of parts and technical systems; - the results of the study of the energy intensity of the treatment during grinding are given.
