Indicators that affect the innovative activity of industrial enterprises have been analyzed and classified, pricing methods for industrial products have been systematized, the impact of financial indicators on the profitability of industrial enterprises has been determined and evaluated, the relationship between enterprises' social activities and management effectiveness has been assessed, approaches to the logistic management of industrial enterprises have been improved, the expediency of introducing resource-saving technologies has been justified, approaches to the assessment of investment opportunities of industrial enterprises have been explored. The results of research have been implemented in the management decision-making systems at metallurgical (PrJSC "Ilych Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol", PrJSC MK "Azovstal") and at other enterprises in Donetsk region. - Novelty - developments meet international standards and include the new proposals from the scientific point of view. - Efficiency of implementation - the presented proposals are effective.
