Signals of global disadvantages of the biosphere are climate change, the destruction of the ozone layer of the Earth, the reduction of the area of ??fertile land, the increase of natural disasters and natural disasters, the reduction of biodiversity. All this indicates that there is no self-healing of the necessary parameters of the biosphere and humanity has passed the permissible limit of emissions of harmful substances. The efforts of the international community to address environmental problems under the auspices of the UN in the form of the Kyoto Protocol, the Paris Climate Agreements, United Nations Sustainable Development Program do not yield the desired results.  The only way out of the situation created is to build a new world-wide organizational management environment, which inevitably must change the stereotypes of international economic and political cooperation. It is imperative that all processes affecting the state of the biosphere be guided exclusively at the international level, and not at the corporate or state level, that is, the interests of the majority must be subordinated to the interests of the minority. Only such a path of radical change can save mankind from death as a result of harmful environmental imbalances. It is about functioning of such a new world order of interaction with the biosphere, when created international organizations will be delegated the rights of control and management of all processes of environmental impact.
