The analysis of several approaches to the formation of bioselective membranes on the surface of platinum thin-film planar electrodes with the use of biorecognition molecules of bacterial L-lactate dehydrogenase and pyruvate oxidase, in particular by cross-linking with glutaraldehyde and incorporation into polymeric films has been carried out. It has been established that both approaches are effective as they provide a good adhesion of the selective layer to the surface of platinum conductometric transducers. It was also found that the selective elements are highly sensitive (the detection limit for L-lactate is 25 ?M) and highly stable (the loss in signal value after 100 measurements is 5%). The main analytical characteristics of the created biosensor are investigated - dependence of signals on pH, buffer capacity, selectivity, specificity and stability during storage. The linear range for the detection of L-lactate concentration is in the range from 25 ?M to 1 mM, which makes possible the further use of such selective membranes for the analysis of biological fluids. Conductometric and impedimetric biosensors for determination of L-lactate were created.
