Standardized clinical and instrumental oteneurological examination with a detailed history collection (phasing, degree of severity and consistency of complaints development). Instrumental research methods: threshold and ultrasonic audiometry; computer stabiliography - in order to evaluate the function of equilibrium and coordination of movements using generally accepted scales. Magnetic resonance imaging using intravenous paramagnetic enhancement, which allows to visualize the ratio of TBC tumors with surrounding cranial nerves (VIII, VII, V); spiral computed tomography allows visualization of all the structures of the inner ear, evaluate the shape, anatomical dimensions, density and homogeneity of the structure of the labyrinth capsule and its lumen, windows of the labyrinth, as well as the relationship between the structures of the bridge-cerebellum cortex. It is proved that computer stabilography allows objective estimation of the degree of preservation of function and compensation of central regulatory mechanisms of the static coordination system. The KT method allows quantitative assessment of stato coordination disorders in patients with VS and diagnose them in the absence of clinical signs of vestibular dysfunction. The use of computer stabiliography during an expanded complex oteneurological examination of patients with suspicion of VS leads to a significant increase in the effectiveness of the diagnosis. The proposed score assessment of the quality indicators for surgical treatment of patients with VS should be integrated into the general evaluation scheme of the patient with the use of objective instrumental research methods.
