The goal of the research is to work out a draft manual of diving matters in the Ministry of Defence and in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. For realization of the tasks the systems method, which provided achievement of research work purpose, was utillized. The main results of the program: the systematization methodology and systematization of diving matters; practical and meto recommendations are given regarding improvement of separate aspects of systematization. Materials offered are directed towards the realizations of normatively legal base of monitoring which must assist the development of in the Ministry of Defence and in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
