A single intravenous Lipochrome administration in the maximum volume doesn't lead to the death of animals and doesn't cause toxic effects, this allows to classify Lipochrome as a relatively harmless drug. Repeated intravenous Lipochrome administration for 14 and 28 days in the therapeutic or fivefold therapeutic doses also doesn't cause neither death of animals, nor signs of toxicity. Studies have shown liposomal drugs (Lipochrome, Lipoflavon) using possibility for correction of circulatory disorders with hemorrhagic shock. It is advisable combined use of liposomal drugs with infusion drugs, which are derivatives of hydroxyethyl starch. The use of Lipochrome in the delayed period of time prevents the development of syndrome of disseminated blood coagulation . On the model of light cataract, it has been established that eye drops "Lipochrome C" lead to the normalization of enzymatic disorders in the anterior chamber and lens moisture, prevent further development of cloudiness of the lens. Instillation or subconjunctious introduction of lipoflavone with thermal burn of the cornea reveals a clear anti-inflammatory and anti-edema activity, stimulates regenerative processes. By reparative activity, subconjunctival injection exceeds instillation. The introduction of lipoflavone causes improvement in the dynamics and acceleration of resorption of corneal opacity after thermal burn. Product Description popup.authors Блажчук І.С. Бойцова Л.В.
