Objects of research - a method of obtaining a liposomal form of nitric oxide, a hypotensive effect of a liposomal form of nitrogen oxide. Purpose and tasks: To work out the method of obtaining the liposomal-form of nitric oxide, to obtain experimental batches. Screening of perspective composition according to the severity and duration of antihypertensive effect. Several batches (c010517, c020517 and c03071) of the liposomal form of nitric oxide were constructed, and the verification of the technology for the inclusion of nitric oxide in the liposome was carried out. A protocol of screening research has been developed. As a result of screening studies, it is shown that a single intravenous injection of a test sample of a liposomal form of nitrogen oxide series c030717 causes a dose-dependent (20-50%) and prolonged (over 1.5 hours) hypotensive reaction. Thus, a test sample of the liposomal form of nitrogen oxide series c030517 shows a hypotensive, anti-ischemic and, probably, antiarrhythmic activity, which necessitates further detailed study of its specific activity and general pharmacological safety.
