LIPOSOMES, NITRIC OXIDE, LIPOSOMAL MEDICINAL PRODUCTS, HYPOTENSIVE ACTION, SMOOTH MUSCLES OF VESSELS, SMOOTH MUSCLES OF THE CORPORA CAVERNOSA, CONTRACTILE ACTIVITY, ENDOTELIAL LAYER The objects of the study are the specific action of the liposomal form of nitrogen oxide. Purpose and tasks of the work: the study of specific activity (anti-ischemic and vasodilating effect) of a test sample of a liposomal form of nitric oxide. Protocols were developed for the detection and evaluation of the specific activity of a test sample of a liposomal form of nitrogen oxide. Studies of the specific effect of a test sample of a liposomal form of nitrogen oxide have shown the following: The addition of aqueous suspension of a liposomal form of nitric oxide to perfusion in an isolated heart leads to a decrease in coronary perfusion pressure due to decreased coronary artery tone. The perfusion of an isolated heart suspension of a liposomal form of nitric oxide, both during ischemia and reperfusion, and only by reperfusion, prevents the development of critical violations of the pumping function of the heart and promotes the preservation of its contractile activity. The antiarrhythmic action of the liposomal form of nitric oxide is confirmed by the absence of rhythm disturbances during ischemia, as well as in the reperfusion period. This action of the liposomal form of nitric oxide is also indicated by the absence of prolongation of the QTC interval. Liposomal nitric oxide causes pronounced dose-dependent relaxation of intact segments of rats aorta, which is endothelium-independent. The action of liposomal nitric oxide is manifested by a significant dose-dependent relaxation of strips of inflamed cells of the penis. The obtained results indicate an extremely high dilatatory activity, anti-ischemic and, probably, antiarrhythmic activity of liposomal nitric oxide, which necessitates further detailed study of its specific activity and general pharmacological safety. Extremely important will be the establishment of intracellular mechanisms of vasodilatory action of liposomal nitric oxide. Product Description popup.authors Іванова І.В. Добреля Н.В.
