It allows the significant reducing energy of consumption and improve the efficiency of liquid waste processing. The breadboard model of a reactor for the processing of hazardous liquid wastes is being developed. The processes of joint action of oxidants such as ozone, atomic oxygen, OH radicals and other active particles together with UV radiation generated in a dispersed water stream by impulse electrical discharge are realized in this reactor.
