The object of the study is the process of formation by means of 3-D printing from high-temperature polymers and polymers reinforced with chopped carbon fiber. The subject of research is the improvement of the printing process, the identification of rational print modes, the development of technology for ensuring high accuracy in the manufacture of products from high-temperature plastics. As a result of the work done, the technology of printing high-temperature PET plastic and plastic with carbon fractional fiber was used in the manufacture of products used for vacuuming. Improvements in 3D printing facilities, including the delta dip printer and the CorXY printer. The stability of the process has been analyzed, the conditions for the occurrence of the defect have been discovered, measures have been developed to address the shortage and increase the reproducibility of the technological process. A model was created and a sample of weaving was printed for the carbonization of individual elements of the carbon-carbon group. A library of programs and testing of product representatives has been developed.
