It is shown that the estimation of the adaptive potential should be carried out according to the complex of functional indicators and their changes in the dosed loads. It has been proved that in individuals with primary arterial hypotension there is a certain decrease in the activity of the hormonal and mediator chains of the sympathoadrenal system, which is confirmed by increased excretion of urine of dioxiphenylalanine, dopamine in the background of reduction of norepinephrine, adrenaline and end products of their inactivation - vanillymgdal and homominilic acids. Such changes indicate a reduction in the mechanisms of adaptation and resistance of the organism in the development of cardiovascular system disorders.The conducted research among students of the 1st and 6th years of the HNMU showed that the students' lifestyles are tense and have a risk of developing stress and morbid conditions due to lack of daily living, nutrition, poor physical activity and the presence of harmful habits. Thus, the problematic aspects of the lifestyle of students were drawn, which focused attention of doctors and educators on the preventive direction of the dispensary observation of this group of respondents. On the basis of the obtained data, a model for monitoring the state of health of medical students was created in order to dynamically monitor their health for correction and management.
