The purpose of the work is the development and research of methods of analysis and synthesis of industrial electric drives on the basis of the received dynamic models. Theoretical and practical results - the technique of increasing the accuracy of measuring the angular speed of an asynchronous electric motor using the software and hardware of the microcontroller STM32F4, the method for determining the energy efficiency of an asynchronous electrical drive with direct torque control, investigates the influence of the rotor chain inductive resistance changing on the static characteristics of induction motor by using MathCad. Also developed is a mathematical model of linear drive for the creation of longitudinal vibro displacements. The analysis of modern means and methods of diagnostics of electric drives is carried out. The classification of modern adaptive automatic control systems is presented. The aspects of the use of information technologies in the analysis of the properties of automatic control systems of technological machines are considered. A laboratory stand was developed for remote control of stepper electric drive and research of its operational characteristics, and a method of protection of electric equipment from short circuit was offered. Efficiency of implementation - allows to develop the development of modern new ones and to study actual control systems and diagnostics of complex electromechanical systems.
