Novelty: the creation of new promising technological processes and advanced technological equipment and equipment with use of combined organized sources of energy for structured working surfaces of heavy machinery parts; Identification and effective application of new methods, principles and methods for the creation of combined technological processes. For this purpose, in the third stage, experimental research was carried out and based on of their results, recommendations were developed for the introduction of processes for the formation of functional surfaces of machine parts by electro-discharge and combined methods, the possibilities of acoustic diagnostic methods and the creation of reference models of equipment with parallel kinematics. Efficiency: improvement in the quality of working surfaces of machine parts based on the integrated application of energy-efficient combined sources of energy to empower forming machinery products and the impact on their physical and mechanical properties. The results of research based on of the developed recommendations implemented in the educational process and in the production at Kramatorsk machine-building enterprises, as well (through publications and presentations at scientific and methodological conferences) for approbation at other technical universities and leading machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
