Among the achieved results, the development of a conceptual model of the system of training specialists in the field of Logistics Management (according to the European and national qualifications frameworks, ERC and NRC) should be singled out, the introduction of which in the educational process will improve the quality of training of specialists in the field of logistics management, and will create the preconditions for ensuring sustainable development of national transport and logistics companies; studying the issue of implementing educational programs in higher educational institutions of Ukraine and organizing business courses and business trainings, the topics of which correspond to modern trends in the development of new technologies for managing supply chains; development of methodological recommendations for the creation of an integrated system of training and retraining of logistics personnel; the main provisions concerning training of operational personnel logists in accordance with the European qualification framework are formulated; the methodical recommendations and practical results for the development of professional disciplines focused on the formation of professional competencies in relation to the primary positions and qualification characteristics are presented. The obtained results of the research can be applied in the educational process of Ukrainian universities, which issue bachelors and masters in the specialty 073 "Logistics management" and in the work of the personnel management units of national enterprises and companies operating in the field of transport and ogistics.
