Research methods - mathematical modelling for technique to identify the voltage unbalance sources, electrical devices modelling by means of the electrical field axial component, fuzzy logic methods, and the spectral correlation theory methods to analyze the random processes. The technique and algorithm to identify the voltage unbalance sources in the point of common coupling, a model for electromagnetic instrument with the source of axial magnetic field and ap-proach for distribution network reconfiguration using fuzzy logic methods were developed. The impact of windmills on the power quality in the networks with distributed generation as well as influence of induction heating facilities on the power quality indices in supply system were investigated. The analysis of factors that influence on the energy efficiency of the power supply systems in-cluding the impact of voltage distortion on the electrical networks operation was performed.
