The second batch of graphene sensors, which was produced by German partners, the AMO GmbH (Aachen), was investigated. The second batch of graphene sensors differs from the first batch, which was investigated in 2017, by increased size of the sensing element, another technology for the manufacture of contact pads. The determination of the electrophysical parameters of the second batch of the graphene sensors was carried out using the Hall method and the van der Pauw method on the metrological bench of the laboratory. According to the results of the research, the graphene sensors of the second batch were significantly more reliable than the first batch sensors, but also have drawbacks: significant spread of sensor parameters from sample to sample, instability of sensors signals over time, especially at elevated temperatures. In addition to the sensor research, a modification of control electronics for on-line sensor testing in the IBR-2 nuclear reactor was also carried out and a new version of the software was developed in accordance with the new control electronics scheme. This allowed, first of all, to increase the speed of control electronics and to simultaneously conduct on-line research of a greater number of sensors in the channel of a nuclear reactor, and secondly, an improved circuit for controlling the current of the minisolenoid coil allowed to extend the range of the test magnetic field and to reliably switch the directions of the supply currents of the minisolenoid test magnetic field.5481 Product Description popup.authors
