Research methods are mathematical modeling, physical experiment, methods of optical and electron microscopy, X-ray structural and elementary X-ray spectral microanalysis, identification methods, etc. Technological principles of spark-plasma sintering (SPS) of powder charge obtained using high-voltage electric-discharge powder preparation technology are developed. SPS temperature-time modes are determined for obtaining nanolaminates - Ti - Al - C system components with carbides, intermetallic phases and MAX phases (Ti2AlC - 35.33% wt; Ti3AlC2 - 64.67% wt.), having density close to theoretical, hardness of 4.5 GPa, elasticity modulus of 7.4 GPa and dynamic strength of 280 MPa.
