The collection of statistical meteorological information is carried out in the work. The directory-based statistical database, the methodology of reference data using and structural-logical schemes of the proposed methodology was developed. The map of the climatic regionalization of the territory of Ukraine has been developed on the basis of cluster analysis. The result of the work was the development of data tables, climatological maps and the methodology of the climatic characteristics use which were included in the Directory of Climatic Characteristicss. This Handbook will allow the development of well-grounded and improved measures to regulate the water-thermal mode of the road structure, with the exception of the labor-intensive process of massive meteorological information obtaining and statistical processing .
