The subject of the study is the mechanisms and models for the formation of the structural state of a condensed matter in conditions far from equilibrium, as well as the process of reducing structural non-equilibrium in the post-condensation period due to controlled decay with the formation of a nanostructured composite. The purpose of the work is to establish the basic laws, create models and develop physical representations about the processes that determine the formation of composition, structure, stress state and functional properties of the vacuum-plasma coatings and the influence of external conditions on their evolution in the post-condensation period. Methods of obtaining and studying samples - Vacuum arc evaporation of a cathode was used for precipitation of samples; for studying the surface and cross-section - scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive prefix and transmitted electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, studying the distribution of the elemental composition of samples by methods of secondary ion mass-spectrometry and Rutherford inverse scattering; certain mechanical properties are determined by the method of indentation of the surface of the coating.
