The subject of the research is the morphofunctional state of organs and systems of the organism under conditions of the ecoanthropogenic factors action of the environment of the north-eastern region of Ukraine and the processes of biomineral formation in case of homeostasis violation. The obtained information was used to assess air pollution by industrial enterprises and to assess the association of morbidity with upper respiratory pathology and the development of cancer in the population of the regions concerned. The influence of subacute influence of heavy metals salts and violation of the water-electrolyte balance of the organism on the morphofunctional state of bone tissue and a number of internal organs was studied. The received information was used in the development of diagnostic criteria for pathology of internal organs under conditions of the industrial region.
