Subject of research - peculiarities of the morphogenesis of malignant tumors of the reproductive system organs. The purpose of the work is to optimize the morphological diagnosis of malignant tumors of the reproductive system organs at various stages of development by studying various adhesion molecules of the cancer-embryonic antigen in biological fluids and neoplastic tissue, establishing their participation in the initiation and progression of cancerous processes. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were identified: - Formation of patient groups according to research design; - Carrying out morphological research of samples of tumor tissue. Methods of research - analysis of the morbidity and morphological characteristics of tumors of the reproductive system, histological examination (staining with hematoxylin and eosin) of tumor tissue, mathematical methods. The research is aimed at obtaining data on the prevalence of neoplastic processes in the Sumy region, morphological features of malignant tumors of the reproductive system, patterns of the influence of the qualitative and quantitative composition of each of the components (parenchyma and stroma) of the neoplasia on the course of the malignant process.
