Dependencies of stationary values of adsorbate concentration versus the main control system parameters, reduced to adsorption coefficient, interaction adsorbate energy and vertical diffusion anisotropy strength, described by strength of the electric field near the substrate in plasma-condensate system are obtained. Conditions of both first-order transitions and pattern formation in plasma-condensate system are defined; corresponding bifurcation and phase diagrams are obtained. Obtained results can be useful for predicting the dynamics of change in surface morphology and pattern formation processes at condensation in plasma-condensate systems.
