Developed computer model is based on the classical molecular dynamics technique and allows to investigate main physical and structural properties of the simulated samples. Within proposed approach algorithm of the external bending load was also implemented, and mechanical properties of the Tin+1Cn samples under bending deformation were investigated. During the simulation of bending deformation of two-dimensional titanium carbides Tin+1Cn, atomistic configurations and physical characteristics of the samples were calculated. Obtained results are compared with available in the literature similar data for other two-dimensional materials, namely graphene and two-dimensional MoS2.
