Study of breeding material according to the complete scheme of breeding process. Study of resistance of samples against rust diseases in field conditions. Allel-specific PCR. Determination of grain quality on Infratec 1241 devices. Main results of research. Selection of plants was carried out in hybrid and breeding nurseries, hybrid combinations of I-III generations were analyzed. 172 samples of spring wheat, wild spesies of wheat, spring barley and spring triticale were studied on yield parameters, grain quality, resistance to diseases and lodging. Identified valuable samples to be used in hybridization and investigated for molecular genetic polymorphism for economically valuable genes.
