The purpose of the research is to study the features of genetic control of the characteristics of technological qualities of millet grain for the creation of genetic sources with high economic and valuable features. Methods of research - field experiments with artificial crosses, laboratory with the definition of technological qualities of grain, statistical with the processing of research results. The main results of the research - selected recombinant phenotypes on dominant marker features and determined the inheritance inheritance of F1 hybrids of technological properties of millet grain, which showed that 69% of the combinations in grain form and 50% by weight of 1000 grains had an intermediate manifestation of these features. By weight of 1000 grains, the partially positive dominance was 10.4%, and heterosis - in 14.6% of hybrids, negative supermodium and partially negative dominance were found in 25% of hybrids. In the first-generation hybrids, 10.4% heterosis was detected, and in 14.6% of combinations, it was partially positive domination, with a negative manifestation of this feature, in our experiments, 20.8% hybrids revealed depression, in 16.5% partially negative dominance. In the form of grains, the nature of the inheritance was as follows: in part only positive domination was only in 2 combinations, partly negative domination in 7 and negative superdomination - in 4 hybrid populations, heterosis on this basis was not in any combination.
