Research methods: hybridization, selection, field and laboratory studies, production testing, statistical analysis. Main results of the research: а gene pool of beans with valuable economic attributes was created. A new source material was studied, which was obtained by the method of inter-hybrid hybridization. A study was made on the patterns of inheritance of the main quantitative traits in F1 hybrids and F2 progeny. In the breeding nurseries, the lines and numbers were selected, which exceed the standards for the grain yield and its quality, resistance to diseases, suitability for mechanized harvesting. According to the results of research in 2017, in the competitive variety testing, it was better, in comparison with the standards for a set of characteristics, the selection numbers: 782-16 and 766-16. In the previous strain test: 846-17, 856-17, 847-17, 822-17. The best nurseries in the control nursery are: 3886-17, 3912-17, 3884-17, 1867-17: the vegetation period lasts up to 105 days, the optimal height of the plant and the location of the tip of the lower bob above the soil level, relative resistance to the most common diseases, the mass of 100 seeds is about 300 grams, the type of plant growth is determinant.
