The object of research is the selection and seeding of rape of spring and winter. Methods of research: various types of simple and complex intraspecific and interspecific crosses. Main methods of research: measuring-weight; analytical; computational and comparative; statistical, dispersion and regression. Selection work with rape yarima and winter was carried out according to the general scheme for selection and seed work. At the laying of field breeding experiments, the conventional method of breeding work was applied. Competitive sorting tests were carried out according to the method of the State sort test. Research results. In the early stages of selection of rape of spring and winter, promising numbers and samples for further breeding work are highlighted. Genetic sources and donors of the main quantitative traits have been identified and a new source material (hybridization and selection) has been created for the further development of breeding work. The analysis of the lines for economic and valuable features was carried out at the final stages of the selection process. In the hybrids of the first generation of winter and spring rape, phenotypic manifestation of signs and the type of their inheritance are established. Structural analysis of the first and fourth instar generations of winter and spring rape has been carried out and their reaction to intsuchts has been revealed. The promising new experimental self-sealing incucut lines of rape, spring and winter, are adapted to unfavorable biotic and abiotic factors of growing conditions in Polissya and Forest-steppe of Ukraine, with productivity of winter rape exceeding 4.0 t / ha and over 2.0 t / ha with indices of 00-zero quality. Created and transferred to the DSV varieties of spring rape Dubler (application No. 17041001 dated January 6, 2017 at the Institute of Plant Varieties Expertise of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy) with a yield level of more than 2.0 t / ha and with indicators of 00-zero quality . High-quality variety varieties with high degree of resistance and plasticity to abiotic environmental factors were selected in all categories of nurseries.
