New principles of constructing a potentiostat with a differential channel for measuring the currents of two working electrodes and also the software that implement a differential measurement method have been developed. The maximum sensitivity of the measuring channel has been increased to 1 pA, which corresponds to the highest requirements for such equipment and parameters of the best analogues of a much higher cost. The width of the measurement ranges has been increased, and the metrological characteristics of instruments have been improved. The program and methodology of metrological certification of an ampermetric biosensor analyzer was developed and approved in the authorized subdivision of the State Enterprise "Ukrmetrteststandart". Experimental samples of analyzers, which are used in NAS of Ukraine as scientific equipment, are made.
