M. genitalium was detected in 15.8% of patients. (in the form of monoinfection - at 10%, in combination with other STIs - at 90%). In all men with mycoplasmosis, urethritis is established, in women - cervicitis in 86.1% of cases. The complex method of treatment of patients with urogenital mycoplasmosis caused by mycoplasmas with consideration of violations of cytokines and glutathione link of antioxidant system using clarithromycin and glutoxime has been developed. The method allows achieving a high level of clinical and etiologic recovery (92.3%).
