The process of energy transfer from a quasi-stationary plasma flows to irradiated surfaces is studied. It has been found that the presence of a longitudinal field leads to a decrease of the part of the energy transferred to the irradiated surface due to the formation of a dense layer of cold plasma near the irradiated surface. The possibility of application of powerful magnetized plasma streams in experiments simulating the conditions of a thermonuclear reactor, as well as for testing promising materials of nuclear and thermonuclear energy is shown. A magnetic configuration with a built-in magnetic trap was created in the Uragan-2M with the disconnection of one toroidal coil for analyze the proposed concept of a stellarator-probcotron nuclear fusion. Investigations of motion of trapped ions in the probcotron part of the Uragan-2M device were carried out using motion invariants. It is found that without a radial electric field the particles fast drift from a proctotron-stellarator. A weak radial electric field, which can be spontaneously created by ambipolar losses of radial particles, could to close a drift trajectory. It is significantly improves the trapping of particles. It is shown that the improvement works for both positive and negative charges. Based on the analysis, a script and an antenna system for the high-frequency generation of a population of hot ions in the Uragan-2M were prepared. As a possible scenario, it is proposed to create such ions by means of high-frequency (HF) heating in the magnetic shore mode. For this scheme a simple and effective three-half antenna is proposed.
