The investigation methods are based on the theoretical-experimental approach: the development of mathematical models based on the interaction potentials and the method of structural units, used to study the influence of deformation dynamics and thermal effects on the structural changes in metals. Using the empirical data in model equations to take into account the dynamic aspects of the deformation process, to confirm the adequacy of models. Models and methods for studying the properties of solids have been developed and adapted for use in experimental studies: a theoretical method for estimating the volume compression coefficient of a metal, a method for calculating crystal lattices energy properties in a wide range of parameters and the method of structural units.
