The method of calculation on the level of interatomic interaction of the parameters of the micro-heterogeneity of metallic melts of structural and charge state and prediction of their physico-chemical and thermophysical properties of ferroalloys of different composition and technological purpose is based on them. In order to increase the productivity of domestic brands, ferrosilicon experimentally tested the method of their "weighting" with the use of waste ferroalloys and additives of iron and steel shavings. The analysis of their influence on the density of the produced briquettes and the time of their melting in the metal melt is made.
