In the process of project implementation, the increasing method for socioengineering efficiency and assessing method for improving the quality of influences on the society consciousness through the development of mathematical software based on the minimization of Boolean functions by the directed enumeration method are proposed, the methods together will ensure reduction of economic costs for achieving tasks in society management. The obtained results are applied to undertake the task, that is to increase the efficiency of socioengineering by developing mathematical software, and are practically necessary for the further theoretical foundations development of the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of management in social engineering.
