An analysis of the information space created by the electronic media of the Internet (as the MMC) through the interpretation of the real world events form a powerful general IP, in which the social and sectoral orientation and the topology of the space of events condition the presence of component thematic information flows (TIP). Such TIPs are the leaders of information threats through the effects directed at harming the person, society and the state, which we defined as PR-influence (consciously directed influence), by deforming the presentation of events, processes of relations of the real world. The research of the modern theoretical and practical base, systems and methods of counteracting information influence in IP showed the impossibility of today's automated and unbiased detection and evaluation of targeted information influences. That necessitated the development of methods and means for detecting and assessing PR-influences in IPs created by electronic media on the Internet, and, as a result, information technology for identifying PR-exposure. The information and communication model of public communication was improved, which allowed to elaborate the study of the main properties and characteristics of flows, including lingvo-statistical indicators, to work out the methods of linguistic filtration of messages, to apply the methodological apparatus of ontologies, to form a methodological basis for constructing an algorithm for summarizing the content of the IP / TIP by means of meaningful-semantic grouping of documents. We identified the most important indicators of linguistic-statistical quality assessments of texts and IP / TIP (emotionality, manipulative, non-factual, positive and negative), which allows us to identify the features of news media streams, to characterize, evaluate and separate the prominent content content. In addition, on the basis of these indicators, a theoretical development of the presence of PR-influence of IP / TIP is developed theoretically, which allows lingually-statistically evaluating both a separate text document and a generalized, arbitrary principle, a group of documents for the purpose of having a hidden purpose. The given set of researches provides the basis for the creation of information technology research IP created by electronic media.
