Karazin popup.description2 The research provided the definition of socio-communication parameters of the media and other CMCs' stabilizing role in crisis situations as a factor of information security of the state in the conditions of information (hybrid) war, opportunities and ways of optimizing public opinion with the help of journalistic practice and media education, organization of specialized events, etc. For this purpose, sociological research was conducted to identify the crisis aspects of public opinion and monitor media content. The optimal algorithm for optimization and harmonization of public opinion using the possibilities of information space was optimally developed for the situation in the modern Ukrainian society. Practically tested method of optimizing public relations, structurally-semantic improvement of media environment and content available in it - in the directions of educational process, interaction with journalists-practitioners, participation in professionally oriented events intended for the formation of a new information field by mass media and journalism education, etc. Specialized and non-specialized media are attracted to socialization-adaptation practices in order to promote socially responsible stabilization guidelines, the formation and transformation of public opinion, disorientated in view of the crisis conditions and massive social changes in the country. Organized and practically implemented targeted socialization, adaptation, educational orientation assistance - within the framework of cooperation with secondary and higher educational institutions, other educational, journalistic, public, etc. organizations. The implementation of the program for the harmonization of professional and social self-determination and self-realization, including persons with disabilities, displaced people who have been affected in the situation of the ATO, etc., is carried out with the help of mass media and specific channels of social communication (Internet resources, special events, etc.). A number of scientific and practically oriented publications, broadcasts and events, educational practices that can stabilize public opinion, inform and harmonize the society are carried out.
