The object of research - natural and man-made processes, which determine the danger of emergencies. The purpose of the work is the scientific substantiation and development of a list of indicators determined by subjects and objects of monitoring of dangerous man-made and natural processes and the establishment of periodicity with which they are transferred to the monitoring centers of the corresponding level. Methods of research - analysis of scientific and other types of information, structural-logical, system approach, sociological and method of determining predictive trends. At present, monitoring and forecasting of emergencies in Ukraine are carried out at the level of regional, branch or other independent systems, which are not united into a single information and analytical complex. To this end, the draft Regulation for the interaction of subjects of monitoring, observation, laboratory control and forecasting of emergencies was developed. The development of such s document is very relevant today and was the main purpose of this research work.
