. The project demonstrated a statistically significant difference in clinical and laboratory parameters among patients with subclinical and symptomatic forms of atherosclerosis. We proposed the "Insult-STOP" formula for patients with atherosclerotic stenosis of the carotid arteries. According to the results of the project has been developed the criterion for determining the length of limb preservation in patients after indirect revascularization of the lower extremities.
