The purpose of research is complex intersectoral researches of problems of the modern legal adjusting of markets of financial services, including investment, construction of conception and legal mechanism of harmonization of investment model of development of economy of Ukraine and markets of financial services to the right for the European Union. Methods of research: dialectical, formal-logical, system-structural, comparative-legal, analysis, synthesis and ect. Within the framework of the indicated subject the comparative analysis of classification of markets of financial services is conducted in Ukraine and EU and systematization of financial services is carried out. On the basis of it the lacks of the legal adjusting, way and mean of his improvement are exposed. It will allow to adapt the legislation of Ukraine in these spheres with the legislation of the EU. Problems are discovered and investigated. The ways of their removal are offered on the proper account of public and private interests of investors of Ukraine at legislative level. The legal mechanism of adjusting of optimum in modern terms investment model of economy of Ukraine is investigatigated. The conceptual suggestions on perfection and approaching of such mechanism are given to the European model of adjusting of markets of financial services by application of methods, forms and facilities of adjusting of such industries of legal sciences as economic, civil, labour, financial and other. It was conducted taking into account the instruments of separate economic sciences. The draft of normative acts, conceptual theoretical positions, methodical pointing for the subjects of markets of financial services, spheres of production and agriculture were prepared. It will approach the results of research to the real necessities of economy. The form of introduction of results: (in accordance with the conducted procedures of purchases and indexes of passport of the budgetary program) the scientific developments, recommendations and conclusions of the executed research are used for development and examination of projects of legal acts, monographs, the proceedings of conferences, seminars, round-table discussions and etc. The implementation of these developments in the practical activities of state authorities and local self-government will be monitored within three years after the completion of the topic. They are engaged in legal support of the state innovation policy.
