The conceptual foundations and the realities and perspectives of the strategy and tactics of the development of enterprises of the real sector of the economy in unstable conditions were formulated. The theoretical and applied principles of the development of financial intermediaries in conditions of uncertainty of the environment were also explored. The theoretical principles of functioning and development of financial intermediaries are determined, peculiarities of activity of banking institutions in the conditions of stochastic environment are disclosed, modern and global trends of functioning of insurance companies and non-state pension funds are traced, the current state and prospects of development of investment intermediaries are characterized.
