To develop an algorithm for diagnosing lesions of the lower alveolar nerve using modern diagnostic methods.       3. To investigate in the experiment differences in quantitative, qualitative and temporal indices of osteogenesis in standardized fractures of the anterior part, the segment of the mandible angle and in the experimental rats, to evaluate the effectiveness of the drug containing nucleotides to prevent and restore the morphological disturbances in the nerve fibers in the modeling of nerve injury.       4. To study the features of clinical course, blood circulation, healing and surgical fixation of fractures of the pectoral section of the mandible.       5. Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the use of magneto-laser therapy and a drug containing nucleotides in the treatment of fractures of the mandible, accompanied by damage to the lower alveolar nerve. 6.
